Crazy month!

Well April has been a busy month already! April 1st Isabella and I left Stan to go help my sister in law Jo move to Idaho. We drove to Las Vegas first and stayed there for 2 days. Then we tagged along with my mother and father in law to Salt Lake City and stayed the night then drove onto Idaho. 

Isabella loved being in Idaho, and especially loved playing with her cousin Emmalee and seeing her grandpa and grandma Brewer.  Isabella would try to grab Emmalee anytime she walked by to give her a huge hug and kiss. Unfortunantly Isabella's hugs kind of hurt and her kisses sometimes include teeth. So we all had to watch out to make sure that Isabella wasn't giving too many hugs. We finally made it to Idaho on the 4th.  This is Isabella enjoying a mint oreo cookie as a treat for being so good.  Well I would like to say I only gave them as a treat but she was sick while in Idaho so if she wanted one I gave in.  A few cookies never hurt anyone right?  :)

This pictures is of Isabella at the hotel we stayed at in SLC. She wanted to play on the sink so I put her in there and it worked great as a high chair.


As much as I loved being with my in laws and traveling we missed Stan. Here is Isabella helping me pack my suit case the last day.  Well I don't know how much she helped but she had fun. :) Never leave your husband for 9 days! I decided no more long trips unless he is with me. Although it was nice to be busy while he was studying for finals.

Trip to California

We went to California because Stan had a Psychiatry conference to attend.  We stayed with some of Dan's friends for the weekend.  It was great to just relax and enjoy a weekend away.  Here are a few pictures from the weekend.

Forgetting Birthdays

You know how sometimes a husband forgets about his wife birthday and he says "Oh, I thought it was tomorrow . . ."  Yeah that happened this week.  But it wasn't me who forgot it was Samira!  She forgot when her own birthday was.  For the last several weeks she has been telling everyone her birthday was Friday, and wondering why I was planning stuff for Thursday (she didn't say anything, she just thought, doesn't he know when my birthday is?).  Its not eveyday the husband remembers an important day that the wife forgets.  

Tonto Creek

This week me and some friends wanted to get out of town, so we went just past Payson to Tonto Creek Campground. We had a blast! The weather was perfect and the kids loved being outside. Isabella is the younges and the only girl but she just adores watching and playing with these little boys. I am really going to miss Nouthern Arizona when we move. And yes 3 out of the 4 of us are pregnant.

Something to post about

Samira wants me to post something because I haven't for a long time.  I have a headache tonight so I don't feel like studying because it would probably just make my brain hurt worse.  The only problem is that I don't know what to post about!  Oh well, I posted something now right!

Cinnamon Roll & Garlic Toast

So I finally got a chance to use my bread machine.  It was so easy!  I made Cinnamon rolls and Garlic Bread.  I still think I need to find my favorite recipes but both of these turned out well.  

Taco Salad

Ok so this whole first trimester thing is really getting to me.  I have been more tired and I never seem to have energy.  On top of that Isabella has started getting teeth!  So its been crazy at my house.  I have just got to say I love taco salad night, because it takes 2 seconds to make and tastes yummy!  Anyways just a random look at our life.
